Work took her overseas in 1996, when she joined Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance North American tour.  Since then she has collaborated on shows as far afield as Hong Kong, South Africa, Kuala Lumpur and New Zealand.

Susie's career highlights include Line Producer for Ryder Cup Opening Ceremony at The KClub [2006], Special Olympics Opening Ceremony [2003], Riverdance -The Show Asian and North American Territories [1997 through to 2003] and,  more recently, for Tyrone Productions’, Laochra: The GAA Commemorates 1916 at Croke Park Stadium, Dublin [2016]

Susie has four loves in her life; her family, her business, laughter and chocolate.

Allan O'Neill, Co-Director

Al co-founded S.E.A with Susie in 2011. Driven by the vision of bringing top quality entertainment and high production values to the corporate world, together they have grown the business with clear focus and determination; their quest, to make S.E.A. the market leader within their sector in Ireland. Coming from a strong science and business background with companies such as Teradyne Connection Systems and Coca Cola, Al has used those skills to compliment the flair and creativity of Susie and the team to great effect.

S.E.A. is very much a ’people’ business, and Al believes in the concept of nurturing a strong in-house team, full of drive and enthusiasm, a team that delivers a professional, knowledgeable and friendly service to our clients. The S.E.A. team reflect the ethos of the company and the commitment to delivering above and beyond clients’ expectations, every time.

When time allows, Al can be found indulging his passion for all things football and rugby related; especially where Arsenal FC, Leinster and Connacht are concerned.

Laura Breheny, General Manager

Laura began her career in the events industry managing B2B Awards and Conferences for 5 years.  During this time she managed over 50 events including the very popular Event Industry Awards from 2011 to 2015.  It was her prowess in that role that was spotted by the Directors at S.E.A. and it wasn’t long before they had wooed her and she was appointed General Manager in September 2015.

Laura runs a tight ship, managing the day to day running of the Dun Laoghaire Office, while developing and maintaining relationships with clients, artists and suppliers.  She also works alongside Susie and Al on Business Development.

Laura has a Bachelor of Arts/Humanities Degree and a post Graduate Diploma in Event Management and PR.  Having worked as a teacher in her early career she is well equipped to deal with the demanding nature of the industry and the characters within it.  With her cool, unflappable nature she is most definitely a force to be reckoned with.

Niamh Mitchell, Project Manager

Niamh is an honours graduate from DIT where she completed a degree in Event Management. Throughout her 4 years studying she completed a 9 month internship where she had the opportunity to work on prestigious award ceremonies including The Event Industry Awards.
