TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

2. The final balance is due within 14 days post-event.

3. All payments must be made by bank transfer.

4. Sheil Entertainment Agency will deal with all communications relating to the Artists and Suppliers, including the booking arrangements and scheduling.

5. Any changes to the event dynamic, which may affect the performance of The Artist(s) should be communicated to Sheil Entertainment Agency in advance in writing. Should any changes occur on the day, these should be communicated by phone and followed by email as needed.

6. Any changes that occur onsite and are authorised by the Client which incur an additional cost will be added to the final invoice. These additional costs are the liability of the Client.

7. Sheil Entertainment Agency is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, disease outbreak or pandemic, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, terrorist activities or failure of electricity and telephone services.            

8. In the case of ill health sustained by and Artist(s), neither party hereto shall be entitled to make a claim against the other party for non-fulfilment of any outstanding obligations yet to be performed on the part of such other party. Sheil Entertainment Agency will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement Artist (s).

9. In the event of a cancellation:
a: Once Event Confirmed in writing: Sheil Entertainment Agency will require a minimum of 50% of total fees when a written cancellation notice is given.
b: Within 14 days of Event: Sheil Entertainment Agency will require a minimum of 75% of total fees when a written cancellation notice is given.
c: Within 7 days of Event: Sheil Entertainment Agency will require 100% of the total fees when a written cancellation notice is given.

10.  It is agreed and understood that in the event of any dispute, these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted under and according to the laws of Ireland.
